Clarifying tone, visual language, narrative way and how the project will use its setting. Our team translates references and ambitions into concrete development materials, testing how a story or campaign will play against Czech locations, and grounding the concept in what is in use achievable here: the intact historic streetscapes of Prague, the studio resources of Barrandov, and the seasonal palette of a land-based climate with four distinct seasons.

Here is the short of it. We set up with writers, designers and visual artists so the concept carries forward always into moodboards, scripts and pitch materials, and we keep the creative direction realistic by checking it against permit access, schedule and budget from the outset.

Here is the breakdown. Prague has long been a place where strong creative concepts are realised. Its medieval, baroque and art-nouveau cityscape doubles convincingly for Vienna, Paris, London and old-world Europe, a quality that has drawn shoots from 'Amadeus' to 'The Illusionist' and 'Casino Royale'. The Czech creative custom — shaped by FAMU, founded in 1946, and the directors of the Czechoslovak New Wave such as Miloš Forman, Jiří Menzel and Věra Chytilová — gives concept work here a deep well of craft to draw on.

Festivals including the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival, founded in 1946 and one of the oldest A-list festivals in the world, and the Jihlava International Documentary Film Festival keep the country connected to today's creative currents, and we factor that context into concepts intended for both Czech and global audiences.
