Here is how this works in practice. We assemble production crews across each department — camera, grip and electric, sound, art, costume, hair and makeup, production and assistant directors — matching experience and rates to the project. Our team draws on long-standing relationships with Czech heads of department and freelancers. We manage the practical side of hiring: deal memos, rate deal-making, buy-in under the Czech Labour Code, and the scheduling that fits crew to the shooting plan. For global shoots we set up visiting key crew alongside a local base.

A plan that works smoothly because intra-EU movement is free within the single market. The Czech Republic is an EU and Schengen member. Crews are engaged in Czech koruna. We keep crew costs transparent so they flow cleanly into budget work and the 20% film-rebates qualifying spend.

We help shoots tap that pool efficiently, sizing the crew correctly for the schedule and making sure engagements are compliant, well-logged and ready for the demands of the shoot.
