For shoots in the Czech Republic, talent planning means bridging Czech and global performers, arranging interpreters where needed, and handling the logistics of moving cast between Prague, Barrandov Studios and regional units in Bohemia and Moravia. We work under the Czech Labour Code on buy-in, working hours and rest periods, and apply extra care to child performers and to the pro welfare needs that demanding scenes can involve.
